In a land where blossoming apple orchards and palm trees share the scenery with snow-capped peaks, and where South Tyrolean dumplings meet authentic Italian pizza, your vacation can be just as diverse. A perfect blend of hiking, biking, and laid-back enjoyment – genuine, cozy, and fun.
We’ll be opening our two brand-new apartments in spring 2025 and look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate life’s simple pleasures. People just like you and me.
Our idea of a getaway is to slow down, bask in the beauty of the surroundings, and let every day feel like a breath of fresh air. We designed and furnished our apartments with that spirit in mind: no unnecessary frills, but functional layouts and timeless style. Expect lots of comfort, unique details, and a breathtaking view of the sunny Vinschgau Valley and the Ortler mountain range.
There is one garage space for your car and bikes, plus a secure public parking lot just 200 meters away. Upon request and for an additional fee, we offer a breakfast basket or can stock your fridge before you arrive.

Apartment A is located on the first floor and is perfect for couples or families with one child. Highlight: a charming little garden. In this apartment, dogs are welcome upon request.
