How did the name vinlauris originate?
OUR IDEA MATURED LIKE A GOOD WINE AND OUR TIMELESS LAUREL TREE
Bringing together nature, exuberance and recreation, vinlauris is where Italian joie de vivre blends with the pristine Alpine landscape. The very name, vinlauris, combines the image of a good glass of wine (vino in Italian), and the bay laurel tree (lauris nobilis in Latin) that grows right in front of our holiday home here in the Venosta Valley.
The name of our country holiday retreat in Kastelbell-Tschars was thus born.
