​*Rates are per apartment, per night, based on double occupancy. A tourist tax of €2.50 per person/day (for guests aged 14 and over) is not included.

 

• Children aged 0–2 stay free.

• Each additional person aged 3 and up is €15.00/night.

• Dogs are welcome (not allowed on beds or sofas) for a fee of €10.00 per night.

• Final cleaning fee: €60.00 for Apartment B and €40.00 for Apartment A.

• Minimum stay: 4 nights.
   

Booking

Your reservation is confirmed once we receive written confirmation and a deposit of 40% of the total price. We will email you the exact amount due along with our bank details.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, charges apply as follows:

• From 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount

• From 14 days before arrival: 50%

• From 7 days before arrival: 80%

• No-show: 100%

• In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged.

 

Südtirol Guest Pass

On arrival, you’ll receive the Südtirol Guest Pass, a digital card that grants you free access to the Vinschgau Valley Train and all public transport in South Tyrol. You’ll also enjoy discounts on certain cable cars (like the Renon/Ritten railway, the Renon/Ritten cable car, the S. Genesio/Jenesien and Colle/Kohlern cable cars, and the Mendola/Mendel funicular). Arrival & Departure

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. onward. Please provide your estimated arrival time when booking. On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. If you’d like to stay longer, kindly let us know in advance; if available, a surcharge may apply.

Parking

We offer one garage space for your car and bikes. A secure public parking lot is located just 200 meters away.

Would you like a custom breakfast basket or a pre-stocked fridge? Let us know. The price depends on the products you choose.

Dining Options

The nearest grocery store (Conad) and Dorfcafé Tschars are only a five-minute walk away. If you’d rather not cook, you’ll find both the Himmelreich restaurant and the Kesslwirt restaurant/pizzeria about a ten-minute walk from the village center. For another option, the Bad Kochenmoos restaurant and pizzeria is just a five-minute drive.
